"What goes around... comes around..."

"Norman Osborn" is always depicted as the one in charge so I decided to turn the tables on him.

Here I have him under the telepathic influence of "Psylocke" with the other "X-Force" members witnessing the interrogation.

"Goodbye"

Received a piece of upsetting news this past Monday and that inspired this display.

The cultural difference between saying farewell in English and in Mandarin is that the Mandarin equivalent literally means to see you again.
In this case, it is really farewell for me. I really did love you.

"I know she's there. I can hear her heartbeat, fluttering...even though she tries to hide it. I smell the shampoo she uses... a special blend, only available from a small shop on the Lower East side, it's her favourite. She's not going to beg me to stay. She knows it won't matter. She just wants me to know how hard this is on her.
I know it's hard. I just don't care.
This time? This time it's me walking away. Her Shadow Puppets stand to the side, letting me pass. Sure, they could step in the way. I'd probably only break a few of their bones. But they stand aside, as happy to see me go as I am angry I can't make her follow me out the door.  
She chose this life. I refuse to choose this death."

"Briefing"

Used the rest of the weapons lot in this display.

I've had "Maria Hill" for awhile but never used her till today.

"Sniper on the roof"

Went to CSC with "Mindless" this afternoon and stumbled across a weapons lot. Decided to grab it and used the sniper rifle with "Deadpool" on top of a roof prop that "Mindless" sold to me.

I love NYC!!! Originally used this background for my A.C.B.A. World Championship Tournament 2012/2013.

"Whisper"

Inspiration hit me on the bus again. Came up with the idea of using "Xavier" as "Lex Luthor" because of his hands.

This display was inspired by "Dominic Dimagmaliw" and "Ogun Ryu".

Not exactly a fan of "Minimates" but they can be used to produce pretty dramatic displays at times as evidenced here.

This is my "B-side" variant of the same display. Love the "Doom Patrol"!!!

"Rest in peace"

Did this tribute display for "Ogun Ryu". Did not know the guy personally but I've seen his work. An incredibly talented artist who made the most epic "dioramas".

"Haiya!!!"

Done a pic with this fig and coat before but never in this "Ninja" pose.

I prefer this version to the "Toybiz" one but it definitely loses out to my custom.

"Business as usual"

Been thinking of using this custom "Deadpool" for a display pic. You reckon it would make a good one?
Seriously having tons of fun with this fig. Best investment that I have made in awhile.

"Chilling"

The weekend is almost upon us and I'm still fooling around with "Deadpool". I swopped heads and used the unmasked "Wade" head for this display.

I have 5 "Hydra Soldiers" and used one to represent "Bob"... one of "Deadpool's" occasional sidekicks.

"Mercenaries"

Received my custom "Deadpool" from "Flash Thompson". I am very happy with the investment as the fig came with a ton of accessories that comprises of 4 heads, 2 pairs of hands, rifles, bombs, a mace, a mobile phone and a weapons case.

This custom will definitely be featured in a lot of future displays.

"Persuasion"

Immediately knew I was going to set up this display when my "Icons: Venom" arrived.

Being the "Klutz" that I am, I promptly dropped the fig onto the floor upon taking him out of the box he was mailed in. Ouch!!!
I had the chance to buy this fig at S$30 but passed on it. Big mistake as this guy goes for way too much on "eBay". I finally secured him for US$30.
Digging this version due to its sheer size as it stands at 12".

"Heroes come in all shapes and sizes"

"Marc Williams" sent me the mini "Atom" for free!!! Blessed to know a buddy like him.

This gave me the perfect opportunity to create this display with "Doll Man". A fig that came with "Uncle Sam".

"Kill 'im!"

I knew I had to get this "DC Signature" set when I found out that "Monsieur Mallah" and "The Brain" were enemies of the "Doom Patrol".
My buddy "Marc Williams" helped me out with this set and I love both figs. I hope they release a "Dr Caulder" fig soon.
