Alternate universe

Besides time travel, alternate universes intrigue me. I'm a big Sci-fi fan in case you have not already realised. I bought this last week. It is a version of the "Green Lantern" from an alternate universe where "Superman" landed in Russia as a baby instead of Smallville.

I'm now on the hunt for the "Superman" and "Wonder Woman" variants.

"B.O.B."

"Bicarbonate Ostylezene Benzoate" aka "B.O.B." is an indestructible gelatinous blob. It is brainless, always hungry and has a huge tummy... the unconventional hero.

"Tintin" spotted!!!

Was watching a "Friends" rerun on cable... "The one that could have been" and I spotted Chandler wearing a blue "Tintin" T-shirt. Way cool. I want one too!!! There's a website that documents "Tintin" appearances.

Overdose

I have had an overdose of Star Wars. The original Trilogy, the new Trilogy, the animated movie and TV series... it is an overkill. I have lost my interest in Star Wars collectibles.

1st Day Release

Got me the Obiwan Kenobi, R2D2 and Clone Trooper animated figures from Toys"R"Us. No big deal you say? They have the "1st Day of Issue" stickers on them which is cool because I didn't stay up at 12.01am last Saturday morning to get them.

I'm eagerly waiting for the screening of the animated movie in August.
