"Bullseye"

A fig that I have passed up many times. I finally spent $ on this fig and was pleasantly surprised.
I intentionally posed him like the character as portrayed by "Colin Farrell" in the "Daredevil" movie. I should add a "Sai" in his hand similar to the scene before he slays "Elektra".

"First Appearance Iron Man"

Been wanting the gold variant of this "Iron Man" since I saw the retro "Avengers" box set containing this version of "Iron Man" with "Wasp", "Hulk" and "Thor" in 3.75" scale.
The classic look is appealing in its own way.

"Juggernaut"

Own a MOC "Toybiz" and "Marvel Select" versions of this character but decided to get a loose "Toybiz" one anyways.
Wish the articulation on the arms were better so that I could pose him more naturally holding his helmet.
Still love the figure and it comes with the original base which is useful for future displays.

"Emma Frost"

Was supposed to receive a regular version of this character but the parcel went missing. Decided to get the diamond variant from a reliable seller and here she is in my "X-Men" display.

"Skrull Elektra"

Love the "Secret Invasion" novel and the "Skrulls". They are my favourite invaders and I had to add this "Skrull" to my collection.
"Elektra" is not exactly my favourite "Marvel" female character but she is central to the "Secret Invasion" storyline. Nice "Skrull" features but I wish they could have made the "Sais" fit better in her hands. She also comes with a "Katanna".
I need this fig for my joint 25th episode with "Mindless". Stay tuned for it.

"DC Collectibles" Deluxe figures

"DC Direct" re-branded themselves and are now known as "DC Collectibles". With the new name came a new packaging and price. Gone is the signature blister packaging and up went the price.
Even with my comment about the price tag, I still went ahead and grabbed both "Killer Croc" as well as "Mr Freeze" from "G&B Comics" at "Rochor Centre". I managed to secure the 2nd last "Freeze" and there were about 4 "Crocs" left when I was done.
There have been tons of posts on the A.C.B.A. page with both figs so I decided to put both of them on "ice". Also received a bunch of props which I will use for future displays.

"Wonder Woman"

A holy grail of mine that I can finally strike off my list. She was from an earlier wave that was released before I became a serious collector.
I have had numerous opportunities to get her at premium prices but my patience paid off. A minor issue is the absence of her shield and axe. I have contacted the seller to enquire about her missing accessories.
I will continue to keep my "Wonder Woman" from "DC Direct" MISB.

"Starman"

Numerous men have taken on the "Starman" persona. "Jack Knight" has been reproduced from paper to plastic with this figure. I have never seen him in the comics but I love the details with the goggles, jacket, pants and staff.
Most reviewers fail to highlight the compass logo on the back of his jacket. This is one of my fav "DC Universe Classics" figures of all time.

"Kamandi"

Know nuts about this character but I got the fig for the head which is commonly used for a custom "Sentry". A buddy gave me an idea for a custom using the "Kamandi" body.

"Raven"

Own an MISB version but decided to get a loose one from the same seller for display or A.C.B.A. purpose.
The hood and cape is very nice. My only complain about this figure is the absence of boots but weird heels for footwear.

"Black Manta"

Collected a package today and the first figure I will review is the nemesis of "Aquaman". Had the chance to get the purple variant previously but it never made sense since he is "Black Manta".
Finally got the black version complete. He has a nice head sculpt and the rest of the body is plain. Nice figure nonetheless.

"Hydra Soldiers"

Decided to drop by "Absolute Comics" today. They are known to be a bit pricey but I have found bargains there before. Today was my lucky day as I secured not 1 but 5 "Hydra Soldiers" MISB at a reasonable price!!!
I have yet to open them up but I am planning an A.C.B.A. display with all of them with possibly "Bucky Cap".

Multiples

Another "Loki" arrived and that brings the grand total of "Lokis" that I owned to 4. Current count is 3 as I had already sold one to "Mindless".
Conceptualised this display as "Loki" is able to project multiples of himself. I got the idea of having a "Frost Giant" in the background from a display done by "Boognice".

"Metallo"

Another "Holy Grail" secured!!! "Metallo" finally arrived after 2 months in transit from "Marc Williams".
It is larger than I expected... in fact it is one of the largest C&C figures that I own. Love the chest plate that is removable to reveal his "Kryptonite" heart. Very crazy detail. Only flaw with the figure is the shorter left leg but I still managed to make the figure work.
I have something planned for this guy but I will keep that on ice for a contest. A.C.B.A. display coming soon.

Classic "Superman"

Finally own a classic "Superman". Thanks to "Rayshawn Banks" for this fig. My "Superman" collection is slowly but surely growing. Ironic that this is the first loose classic "Supes" that I own considering that I have been seriously collecting for 2.5 years.
I bought this fig with the objective of having him in an A.C.B.A. display with "Metallo" except that "Metallo" has yet to show up.
