"Dr Doom"

A figure that caused a lot of drama and distress but I got a surprise at work today when he arrived. Very grateful to the seller, "Jinzin's Customs"... a very honourable and cool guy. I'm totally loving this fig!!!
I replicated this scene from the novel "Sub-Mariner: Revolution".

"Lord of Asgard: Thor"

Love the detailing and the beard on this "Thor" but the main reason I got it was for the awesome axe!!! I saw it used frequently for "Ares" and I had to get it too. I prefer it over the sword that came with the BAF.
This "Thor" is almost the same height as "Ares" which makes me miss the days of epic BAFs. "Hit-Monkey" coming up.

"Fantastic Four" portrait

Updated the family portrait by adding a cameraman.
What do you think? Nice to have a spare "Harvey Dent" laying around.

"Ben Grimm"

I was never really a fan of movie figs but I have to say that the "Fantastic Four" movie has a few decent ones that includes "Ben Grimm" in this astronaut suit.
The sculpt and detailing is great. There is a button at the back of the fig that you can press to switch between "Ben's" human face and the "Thing". My only complaint about this fig is that the shoulder joints are at an angle that looks unnatural on a human being.
Still a fun fig for a fan of space-related stuff like me. Finally put the moon prop to good use.

"Dynamic Duo"

My version of the "Dynamic Duo". LOL.
Gotta love "Booster Gold". It's funny that he isn't more popular with his wackiness and wit.

"Taun We"

I swore never to buy "Star Wars" figs again but I had to get this because of the prop!!!
When I saw the prop, it immediately gave me inspiration for a custom. I will be working on making that custom prop a reality. Stay tuned!!!

"The Death Of The Dream"

This is a scene I envisioned happened after "Cap's" assassination. Didn't have a Caucasian "Fury" so I opted for the "Samuel L. Jackson" version.
I'm happy with the outcome of mixing the MU "Cap" with the ML "Fury".

"Mad Love"

Box set inspired by the graphic novel "The Batman Adventures: Mad Love". Been wanting a "Harley Quinn" for the longest time and finally have her joining my "Batman Rogues" collection.
"The Joker" is a repaint of the fig that I already have in my collection still MISB.

"Artemis"

Another "Holy Grail" secured!!!
"Artemis" is the variant of the "Wonder Woman" fig from an early wave. Finally have her and am enjoying the differences in detailing of the belt and boots.

"Cryotube"

Been wanting this "Cryogenic" chamber since I saw people posting A.C.B.A. pics on the "Facebook" group. It came as a prop with the "Halo 4: Master Chief" fig.
Don't need that fig but definitely planning an A.C.B.A. display with this accessory. Displays have been done with "Mr Freeze", "Captain America" and "Winter Soldier". I will have to think of a new idea.

"Arkham City" series 3

Decided to grab the entire wave that includes the customary "Batman" with awesome rogues "The Penguin", "Azrael", "Ras Al Ghul" and 2 "Clown Thugs".
"The Penguin" comes with interesting accessories like a cigar that would be useful for A.C.B.A. displays. However, I am keeping these figs on ice for the moment.

A.C.B.A.

Lazy Sunday... decided to edit more pics.
Had fun thinking of what sound effects and speech bubbles to add.

"Rulk"

Stumbled across this "Red Hulk" BAF loose at a crazy price when I collected "Lizard". Didn't hesitate to grab it even though some joints are loose.
Small for a BAF. Would have been more impressive with a heftier build.

"Lizard"

A fig that I had never seen before prior to buying it at "Toy Realm".
Seriously... this is what my definitive "Lizard" should look like. The movie adaptation of the character's look is off. Had fun with "Superlame" again.

"Suit up"

One of my fav displays ever enhanced with a speech bubble. The "Danger Room" backdrop is so dynamic and useful to have.

"Galactus" & "Silver Surfer"

Was crazy enough to lug this huge package from Toronto to New York and back home to Singapore.
Opening the package, I realised it was worth it as the "Galactus" figure is impressive. The detailing on the fig is awesome and there is the fun factor with the light up eyes as well as "Galactus" speaking. The only gripe I have is that the "Silver Surfer" figure is flawed with 2 right hands.

"Yellowjacket"

Received the elusive "Yellowjacket" accessory from AJ. Seemed to take forever but I'm glad the package arrived. Now my "Wonder Man" is complete and I should do an A.C.B.A. display featuring the full sized "Hank".

"Michael Turner's Supergirl"

I own the "Michael Turner" box set with the "Superman" and "Supergirl" figs as well as the graphic novel but decided to grab the loose "Supergirl" fig.
There's something about "Michael's" style that is very "Anime-like" that differentiates him from other Western illustrators.
