"War Machine" + "Iron Man"

Walmart 6" exclusives that I finally got my hands on after waiting for weeks.
The sculpt is good but for exclusives... I'm a tad disappointed with the paint job. Love the contrast between the 2 figures.

"Clayface"

Another "Batman" baddie that I've been wanting to get for ages. Get it at a steal today.
Overall... I like the figure but I'm not terribly ecstatic about the arms which are made of a rubbery substance that is prone to cracking. There were already tears on the back of his arm when I got it. I would have preferred the standard plastic arms with articulation.

"Two-Face"

In my opinion, "Two-Face" is THE definitive and my favourite "Batman" villain. "Dr Giggles" and I got different versions of the same character. His is in the comic style colours with better articulation. My version is different from most sculpts because it has a bow tie instead of the commonly seen tie and the figure holds in his hand... his trademark scarred coin.
Other than the stain on his shoulder and coat tail, I have no qualms over this figure and love it.

"The Riddler"

"Dr Giggles" and I combined orders to save on shipping. Our package arrived on Wednesday but I could only collect it this morning because the post office is only open during office hours. "Dr Giggles" ordered "The Thing" and "Two-Face". I posed my versions next to his. Nice contrast between the different sculpts, sizes and colour.
I loved riddles when I was a kid and that explains my affection for this "Batman" villain. "The Riddler" has 2 different looks but what sealed the deal for me was the bowler hat and question mark suit.

"Dr Octopus"

This character was not in my wish-list but at S$5... it was a real steal.

"Colossus"

This is a rare figure that I was hunting high and low for. "Colossus" may not be the key figure in the team but he is my favourite mutant from the "X-Men".
"Storm" has an "X-Men" teammate to fight alongside her against the "Sentinel".

"Hal Jordan" unleashed

This "Green Lantern" has been hidden in my closet since April 2009. I felt it was time to release him for display. I have a slight beef with the paint job but I have to admit that with each new wave, the paint job gets better and better. Wanted to pose him recharging his ring against the lantern but could not get the angle right. The fact that the tone of his suit does not match the lantern kinda irks me.
Keenly awaiting the screening of the movie. Still cannot imagine "Ryan Reynolds" as "Hal Jordan".

"Sandman"

"Sanderson Hawkins" is the protege of the original "Sandman". Killer combo of Fedora, trenchcoat and gas mask. He is the darker version of "The Question". Similar gear yet very different.

"Emma Frost" Bishoujo statue

Pre-ordered this beauty. It compliments my "Supergirl" statue. Expected delivery is the month of my birthday. Early gift to myself. Woot!!!

"Booster Gold"

A character that I can relate to. Behind the megawatt smile and cheeky demeanor is a flawed human with a complex history. I've thought long and hard about what power I wish I had... time travel. This is one of the abilities that "Booster Gold" possesses and uses to his advantage. However... even with his superpowers... he is helpless and suffers from a sense of hopelessness as he is unable to save his best friend from an inevitable death.
I was attracted by his pose and bright yellow theme. Awesome figure.

"Batman Reborn: Jason Todd"

"Jason Todd" as "Batman"... an awesome figure that "Dr Giggles" assisted in procuring. The packaging is nothing to shout about but I do prefer clamshell packages over the carded version as they tend to be more sturdy and durable. The key features that attracted me to this figure were his mask, cape and accessories. His creepy smile reminds me of "The Joker".
I originally planned to take him out of the packaging but changed my mind after watching the review from "thereviewspot".

"Green Goblin"

My main focus currently is adding "X-Men" characters and "Batman" villains to my growing collection. However, this figure was too good to pass up when I stumbled across it while searching for "Gambit" on eBay. I met the buyer to scrutinise both but ended up rejecting the "Gambit" figure because its jacket was disintegrated. Pity! This figure though is pretty impressive.
Cool vid... featuring my figure.

"Sentinel"

Saw this BAF at CSC last Sunday. Did not grab it on the spot but I did get the seller's contact #. I relented and gave him a buzz. Collected it today and I love it!!!
The sculpt, detailing and dark metallic paint job is amazing. I need to build up my "X-Men" collection to compliment this awesome figure.

"Captain America" unleashed

Finally felt it was time to release this greyscale beauty. The outer packaging resembles a block of ice as "Captain America" was trapped in a block of ice in the comic book storyline. The shield is cool as it can be strapped against his back. I don't normally buy 3.75" figures but the contrast created by the greyscale paint is awesome as seen beside my 6" "Ultimate Captain America".

"Galactus"

"Dr Giggles" and I headed down to PS on Friday to scout out this SDCC 2010 exclusive 19" figure. It looked awesome but I was in two minds as to whether to fork out my hard earnt $ to get it.
By a twist of fate, I changed my mind and I immediately grabbed this figure at CSC today. "Dr Giggles" was kind enough to transport this dude back to the safety of my living room.
The figure comes with an amazing box that encloses the carded figure. The card is an exact replica of the standard Marvel figure cards but in a larger scale. Here I have my 3.75" greyscale "Captain America" in front of the 19" "Galactus" to illustrate the enormous form.
Did I mention that "Galactus" has a button on his chest that you can press? His eyes light up and he speaks upon pressing that said button.
